# SwapPulse v0.7.0: MPL-2.0 and multi-source Pokémon enrichment

Full release notes for SwapPulse v0.7.0.

This release formalises SwapPulse under MPL-2.0 and expands Pokémon card detail data without weakening TCGDex's role as the canonical catalogue.

## Added

* Mozilla Public License 2.0 at the repository root.
* Third-party notices covering Pokémon IP, TCGDex, PokéAPI and PokéWallet boundaries.
* PokéAPI species/game enrichment joined by TCGDex National Pokédex IDs rather than card-name guessing.
* Cached PokéWallet market cross-checks for TCGPlayer/CardMarket variant data.
* Private Base44 cache/usage entities for external Pokémon enrichment providers.
* Card Detail Pokémon profile and PokéWallet market panels.
* PokéWallet service health/usage visibility in admin/status tooling.

## Performance and quota controls

* PokéWallet authenticated calls are backend-only.
* Soft safety budgets are lower than provider limits.
* Market responses and card mappings use persistent caches.
* Provider failures fail soft rather than making canonical card pages unavailable.
* PokéAPI responses are cached server-side in line with provider fair-use guidance.

## Security/privacy

* No third-party API key is shipped to browser code.
* No names, emails, user IDs, private collection notes or identity evidence are required for Pokémon enrichment requests.
* TCGDex card IDs remain the application identity boundary.

## Third-party/legal boundaries

MPL-2.0 applies only to SwapPulse-owned/licensable material. It does not relicense Pokémon artwork/trademarks, TCGDex, PokéAPI, PokéWallet, Base44 or separately licensed dependencies.

## Rationale

SwapPulse benefits from richer species and market context, but card identity and availability should not depend on multiple competing providers. This release introduces enrichment behind strict caching and trust boundaries while keeping TCGDex authoritative.

This release maps to the last preserved checkpoint before PokemonPriceTracker integration began:
